Blair Levin will take the stage to address attendees. Levin is an attorney, author, and served as the executive director for the effort that produced the National Broadband Plan. He also worked as chief of staff to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chairman.

As a Summit attendee, you will have several opportunities to interact directly with grant awardees, providers, and stakeholders through Q&A and direct conversations. The event will bring national, state, county, and local leaders together to discuss broadband expansion and the critical role technology is now playing in education.
